Effective veterinary-approved pet parasite protection is what keeps a professionally treated home from being reinfested from the host.
We treat and guarantee the indoor environment on the scope we quote; we cannot control off-property exposure. Pet protection closes that gap.
When quoted as such, targeted indoor parasite programmes carry a six-month guarantee on the treated indoor scope — if conditions in your agreement are met.

The indoor guarantee is based on the principle that, once the indoor parasite population has been professionally treated, the home must be protected from constant reintroduction.
Open outdoor environments — whole properties, veld edges, unmanaged beds, and areas outside what your quote names — cannot carry the same blanket warranty story as a defined indoor treatment scope. Neighbours, wildlife, weather, and untreated adjacent land can reintroduce fleas, ticks, and other parasites regardless of a single visit.
Because those factors sit outside day-to-day control, we do not promise permanent elimination across every outdoor surface on the planet.
Outdoor treatment can still reduce parasite pressure where we are engaged to do so; it cannot honestly promise that no new parasites will ever cross a boundary again.
That is different from a contract-defined outdoor tick programme on named zones: where we sell an agreed outdoor property tick programme, your paperwork states the warranty window and eligible resurgence language — see the national tick guarantee page for that product line.
To qualify for the indoor parasite guarantee, all pets on the property must be protected with a suitable veterinary-approved flea and tick product.

Where pets are not protected, fleas and ticks can be carried back into the home repeatedly. In such cases, the indoor treatment may still work correctly, but the home can become reinfested from the pet. For this reason, the indoor guarantee may be void if pets are not placed on appropriate parasite protection.
For best results, we recommend that pet owners speak to their veterinarian or trusted pet-care supplier about an appropriate parasite product for their pet.
