We believe you should understand exactly how your treatment proposal and price are produced. This page explains the process in plain terms.
When you complete our online wizard, our system generates a Smart Proposal — a structured treatment plan and scope description tailored to your pest type, property, and infestation severity. The proposal includes what's covered, how we'll treat it, safety notes, and preparation requirements.
Smart Proposals are produced by an AI model trained on our treatment protocols, product specifications, and regulatory requirements. The model receives your selections and produces a treatment narrative — it does not have access to pricing data and cannot set, suggest, or influence the quoted amount.
Your quoted price is calculated independently by our pricing engine, which applies current rate schedules, property type factors, and treatment scope rules. AI is not involved in pricing. The price you see is what we commit to — subject only to the scope confirmation note below.
Some jobs involve conditions that can only be fully assessed on-site (e.g. roof void access, extent of structural damage, or multi-property spread). In these cases, our technician will confirm the scope in writing before any additional work begins. You will never be charged beyond the agreed amount without your explicit written consent.
If the wizard determines that your job requires staff review (guided mode) or a site assessment (assessment mode), you will not be shown a self-service price. A team member will contact you within one business day to discuss scope and pricing. No payment is requested until scope is agreed.
AI-generated proposals are based on the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete inputs may produce a proposal that does not fully reflect the actual treatment required. If you notice anything that seems wrong in your proposal, contact us before accepting — we will review it at no charge.
If our pricing changes between the time you view your quote and the time you accept it (for example, if a rate schedule updates), the system will detect the discrepancy and ask you to review the new total before proceeding. You will never be auto-charged a higher amount than what you confirmed.
If anything in your proposal or pricing is unclear, reach out before accepting. We are happy to walk through it with you.
