What this service covers
Written scope, technician approach, and links to national methodology where it applies.
Termite programme guarantees (summary): Standard agreed termite programme: six months written guarantee from completion on the quoted treatment footprint—typically named structure zones, barrier or bait station layout, or fumigation scope as sold—when we document it as your Verminator termite agreement. Eligible warranty callbacks address covered termite activity returning on that quoted scope during the window, per inspection and species logic in your paperwork. Liquid barrier product longevity, bait-system monitoring or refill cycles, annual inspection plans, and whole-structure fumigation certificates follow their own written terms and may extend beyond or differ from this standard window. We do not warrant historical structural damage discovered after treatment, untreated outbuildings or soil outside the quoted line, or new pressure from off-property sources beyond what your agreement defines. Moisture remediation and construction cooperation may be listed for outcomes. Termite control is not part of Super 15. Commercial, estate, and pre-purchase scopes may differ—your quote prevails. See termite guarantees and how we treat termites for methodology. Termite control is not included in Super 15—your quote prevails.
Termites, often called "silent destroyers," can cause catastrophic damage to wooden structures, often going unnoticed until significant harm has occurred. Annually, termites are responsible for billions of dollars in property damage worldwide. Verminator's Advanced Termite Detection & Eradication services offer a robust defense, employing sophisticated technology and proven methodologies to protect your most valuable asset. **The Threat of Termites:** Subterranean termites, the most common type, live in underground colonies that can house millions of individuals. They build mud tubes to travel from their soil nests to food sources – the cellulose in your home's wooden framework, flooring, and even wallpaper. Drywood termites, prevalent in coastal regions, infest wood directly and do not require soil contact. Early detection and intervention are paramount. **Verminator's Comprehensive Termite Management System:** Our integrated approach ensures thoroughness and effectiveness: 1. **State-of-the-Art Inspection:** Our certified termite specialists conduct meticulous inspections of your property, both interior and exterior. We utilize advanced tools such as: * **Thermal Imaging Cameras:** To detect subtle temperature differences that may indicate hidden termite activity within walls. * **Moisture Meters:** To identify areas with high moisture content, which are attractive to termites. * **Acoustic Sensors:** To listen for the faint sounds of termite feeding. We also look for visual signs like mud tubes, damaged wood, discarded wings, and termite droppings (frass). 2. **Tailored Treatment Strategies:** Based on the inspection findings, species identification, and construction type of your property, we recommend the most effective treatment: * **Liquid Barrier Treatments (Termiticides):** We create a continuous chemical barrier in the soil around and under your property's foundation. Non-repellent termiticides are undetectable by termites, which pass through the treated zone, become contaminated, and spread the lethal agent to the rest of the colony. * **Termite Baiting Systems:** These systems involve strategically placing bait stations around your property. Termites consume the bait, which contains a slow-acting insect growth regulator, and share it with their colony members, leading to gradual but complete elimination. Baiting systems are an eco-friendly option and excellent for ongoing monitoring. * **Direct Wood Treatments (Borates):** For localized infestations or preventative treatment of new construction, borate-based products can be applied directly to wood members, making them toxic and repellent to termites. * **Fumigation (Tent & Gas):** In severe cases of drywood termite infestation, whole-structure fumigation may be necessary to ensure complete eradication. 3. **Preventative Measures & Monitoring:** We offer pre-construction soil treatments for new buildings and annual inspection plans for existing properties to detect and address termite threats early. Our baiting systems also serve as ongoing monitoring tools. **Protect Your Investment with Verminator:** Our goal is not just to eliminate current termite infestations but to provide long-term protection and peace of mind. We provide detailed reports, explain our findings and treatment options clearly, and stand by our work with comprehensive warranties. How we work
