We confirm whether you are dealing with weevils, flour beetles, Indian meal moth, saw-toothed grain beetle, or mixed stored-product pressure; map cupboards, pantries, pet-food stations, and adjacent storage named on the quote.
Infested packages should leave the premises. Empty, vacuum, and wipe shelves so treatment reaches edges and joints. This cooperation step is often listed on the quote for warranty eligibility.

We do not warrant pantry outcomes if infested goods are reintroduced, refused discard steps leave active product in scope, or bulk storage outside the quoted footprint remains untreated. Cover follows the zones named in your paperwork.

We do not warrant outcomes if infested dry goods, pet food, or bird seed are reintroduced without inspection, or if cooperation items in your quote (discard webbed product, clean empty cupboards, airtight storage for new stock) are not followed. Adjacent untreated stockrooms or bulk storage outside the quoted footprint may require a separate scope. Commercial, retail, and high-throughput kitchens may carry different periods and KPIs—your paperwork prevails. When you purchase Super 15, weevil and flour beetle cover follows that package agreement. Callbacks under the standalone pantry warranty are free within eligible scope per your contract. Callbacks follow your written agreement when covered activity returns within the guarantee window on the quoted scope.
