We walk the job room by room and surface by surface: kitchens, sculleries, pantries, under sinks, behind appliances, skirting and pipe entries, then drains and service voids where larger species bridge. We follow droppings, moisture, and aggregation—not a generic spray pattern.
Different cockroaches leave different signs (size, harbourage height, drain vs cupboard pressure). If identification is uncertain, we align the plan to cockroach identification and what we observe on site.
We use bait only for German and brown-banded cockroaches. Professional-grade German-formulated baits are placed at concealed transfer points—behind fridges, cupboard hinges, under kettles, and other tight harbourages—so active ingredient moves through the population (viral / secondary transfer) instead of relying on indoor broadcast spraying.
We seldom spray indoors for these species unless there is a defined infestation pocket—for example underneath cupboards or another harbourage where label-directed spray supports the bait programme.
When quoted as the German programme, we document a one year guarantee. Brown-banded and combined scopes follow the species named on your quote.
American and Oriental work shares the same service philosophy but targets different pathways: sewer and service entry points (inside and outside), crack-and-crevice placements, rodding eyes and drain-adjacent access, and roof voids / interior roof spaces—Oriental cockroaches are especially associated with timber piles, roof interiors, and similar void pressure.
Where the label and site support it, we use long-residual formulations with micro-encapsulation so treated harbourages stay protected—up to roughly one year material persistence on appropriate substrates. That is residual longevity on treated surfaces, not the same as your written programme guarantee (see guarantee page).
Spray selection aligns with our ant programmes for residual work; indoor spraying stays targeted—we do not default to whole-room broadcast.
