six months from completion of the agreed internal scope, unless a different period is set out in writing (e.g. industrial or site-specific contracts).
three months for agreed outdoor areas in the external package, as listed in your quote. Applies to paid, targeted property scope—not neighbouring land we do not treat.
Your agreement includes an initial follow-up visit as defined in the quote. After that, up to three (3) additional complimentary guarantee re-inspections may apply under guarantee terms—see your agreement for detail.
Callbacks under guarantee are free within eligible scope. Odd scouts during the guarantee can occur while baits remain active; sustained new trails or nest signs may warrant a re-inspection—when unsure, contact us.
Cooperation: fertilisers, weed treatments, and broad-spectrum insecticides applied over or beside bait lines can reduce bait acceptance. Coordinate with us before those applications near placements.
Ongoing scheduled maintenance is strongly recommended for persistent hot-zone properties. Maintenance is sold as a separate Verminator plan for that property, including optional contracts that may extend coverage—see your written agreement.
No. Your written quote, service agreement, and any maintenance contract are the legal documents. This page is a clear summary for discovery and trust—it does not override those terms.
Outdoor areas are exposed to rain, irrigation, UV, and foot traffic, so treatments can wear faster than protected indoor placements. External work is quoted for agreed areas only, as listed in your agreement.
If you are concerned during the guarantee period, we return at no charge for a guarantee re-inspection (internally a technical re-inspection) to verify bait placement, application quality, and site factors—not only when ants are still visible.
